Soar With Syd

I was aimlessly browsing Airbnb, as I so often do, looking for interesting stays. During my search, I stumbled upon the Piper Hollow Enchanted Treehouse. It looked like something out of a daydream.

When you arrive at Piper Hollow, the first thing you notice is the hanging seats underneath. They even have a projector and screen for watching outdoor movies.

Climbing the stairs leads you to a large deck, somewhat reminiscent of a pirate ship, complete with a grill and walkways connecting the three bedrooms.

Each room was decorated to perfection. Two of them had a bed with a bunk above, while the third was a cozy single room with just one bed. All three rooms featured large windows, an air conditioning unit, and a heater. Curling up in bed and watching the fireflies outside the window was the perfect way to end each night.

The main area of the house includes the kitchen and living room. Right in the center stands a tree wrapped in glowing fairy lights. The kitchen had charming, witchy-themed wallpaper, and all the cups looked like they could’ve been stolen from Narnia.

Climbing the ladder in the main room takes you to a library with a huge window overlooking the pond below. One of our friends brought his cot upstairs and turned it into his bedroom for the trip.

The most repeated phrase during our stay was: “We need to come back.” We had the best experience at Piper Hollow and can’t thank our hosts enough for being so accommodating.
